This Agreement governs the use of the services offered by Barter Babies.. Use of the Site constitutes an agreement to all terms and conditions in this Agreement. By using this Site you represent, warrant, understand, agree to and accept all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. If you object to this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site or the Service. The Terms of Use are subject to change at any time, effective upon becoming a member, your use of the Service after such posting will constitute acceptance by you of such changes. Barter Babies is a communications platform for enabling the connection between individuals seeking to exchange Child care services or individuals seeking to provide services Users do hereby represent, understand, and expressly agree that Barter Babies does not have control over the quality, timing, legality or any other aspect whatsoever of the services actually delivered by the Care Providers, nor of the integrity, responsibility or any of the actions whatsoever of the Care Recipients. All Users do hereby expressly agree not to hold Barter babies.com (representatives, advertisers or employees) liable for any instruction, advice, act, omission, or services delivered which originated through the Site and expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for any damage, suits, claims, and/or controversies that have arisen or may arise, If there are any issues concerning advice and/or service received, Users must deal directly with the other User to resolve any disputes. Barter Babies will use its "best efforts" to monitor User profiles, actions, comments, and general usage of the Site and suspend privileges to any User not adhering to policies of the Site. By using this Site, you do hereby agree to report any alleged improprieties of any Users to Barter Babies. Any usage of the Site by any User that Barter Babies finds inappropriate and/or offensive in its sole discretion may result in immediate suspension or revocation of the privilege to use this Site. Barter Babies reserves the right to revoke or suspend the privilege of any user to use this Site at any time and at its sole discretion. Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen. This Site is not available to anyone who has been convicted of a felony or any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense, or for anyone with an open police investigation, which involves a felony or any criminal offense characterized as a sexual offense.
